Under 13
The Under 13 Championship race route will follow the path and up to a gate in the wall at SD 239 953. Turn around and descend NW to rejoin the outward path back to the finish.
Under 15
The Under 15 Championship race route will follow the path and through the gate at SD 238 956 before climbing to a footpath which is taken NE to a FP/BW junction. Take the bridlepath south and then turn SW to a gate in the wall at SD 239 953 and descend to rejoin the outward path back to the finish.
Under 17
The Under 17 Championship race route will follow the path and through the gate at SD 238 956 before climbing to a footpath which is taken NE to a FP/BW junction. Take the bridlepath south and then turn SW before climbing steadily to the summit of Caw. A final plunge crosses a wall at a ladder stile before rejoining the outward path back to the finish.
Under 19 / Seniors
The Under 19 Championship race route will follow the path and through the gate at SD 238 956 before climbing to a footpath which is taken NE through a disused quarry to the Walna Scar Road which is climbed up to the col. Turn SW and run underneath White Maiden to the summit of White Pike. Then backtrack slightly before dropping down steeply and cross a bridleway and footpath before climbing steadily to the summit of Caw. A final plunge crosses a wall at a ladder stile before rejoining the outward path back to the finish.
