Rules

Please take time to familiarise yourselves with the FRA rules for runners.  These courses will be challenging and all juniors will be required to carry a waterproof top, hat and gloves.  Pete Bland Sports stock a junior size bum bag.  The weather on the tops can change quickly and turn cold so stay safe.

Dependent on weather conditions, the U17 and U19 age groups may be required to carry full FRA kit.

We also understand that parents will be keen to support their children but please resist the temptation to run alongside them as this can be distracting and dangerous.  Instead, find a good spot on the course and shout encouragement to all the youngsters as they go by.

Thank you
